By registering as a user or member on our official website

Immediately notifying ALP GLOBAL of unauthorized access

ALP GLOBAL shall not be liable for losses arising from failure to secure your account.

A strategic partnership and business advisory platform

Partnerhip proposals

Contact and communication services

3.2 No Public Investment Offer

Nothing on this website constitutes:

A public offering

Investment solicitation

Financial advisory recommendation

Guarantee of profit

All investment opportunities are subject to separate agreements, due diligence, and regulatory compliance.

3.3 Separate Agreements

Any actual investment, partnership, joint venture, financing agreement, or asset transaction:

5.2 Non-Circumvention

Circumventing ALP GLOBAL in transactions introduced through the Company may result in legal action.

By registering, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALP GLOBAL shall not be liable for:

Consequential damages

Users are responsible for conducting independent due diligence.

Written content

are property of ALP GLOBAL and may not be reproduced without written permission.

ALP GLOBAL reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time.

Changes will be posted on the website.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkiye.
